1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 2, 341, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Farm Equipment to be distributed to various Farmers/Groups/Associations in Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGIN now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Farm Equipment to be distributed to various Farmers/Groups/Associations in Ilocos Norte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order.
