PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:
1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through General Fund intends to apply the sum of NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P97, 500.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY FOR THE FABRICATION OF TENT CANOPY (TOP ROOF COVER). The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Tanauan, Leyte now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY FOR THE FABRICATION OF TENT CANOPY (TOP ROOF COVER).
3. Opening of bids will be conducted through negotiated bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”....
