LOCATION : PCA CENTRAL OFFICE R&D BLDG., DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY
I. SCOPE OF WORKS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a. Mobilization, Demobilization and hauling of debris.
b. Contractor must secure a safety installation at all times.
2. SITE INSPECTION
a. All prospective bidders shall conduct an actual visit and acquire a site inspection certificate from PCA.
3. METAL WORKS
a. Supply and install aluminum tubular frame 1 ¾” x 1 ¾” x 1.1mm thk with Z-louver 3”x 1.1mm thk analok finish with ¾” angle clip.
b. Supply and install of 1.1mm thk perforated panel painted finish (verify location)
c. All aluminum grilles should be secured and bolted on the floor.
d. Ensure proper leveling, spacing, alignment, and uniform appearance throughout the building façade.
e. Strictly comply with occupational safety standards and fall protection requirements.
