This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by St. Lawrence College of Applied Arts and Technology (the “College”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply and Delivery of Esthetics Student Kits, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Esthetician program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario offers students comprehensive training in skincare, makeup artistry, nail care, waxing, massage and advanced spa treatments. Through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on practice in the college-s spa facilities, students develop the technical skills and professional knowledge needed to succeed in the beauty and wellness industry.
