INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Local Government Unit of Balud, Masbate (LGU-Balud, Masbate), through its Trust Fund Allocation from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), in the amount of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 180, 800.00).
1. being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Equipments for Handicraft Production as follows:

2. The LGU-Balud now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Equipments for Handicraft Production. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
