1. The Department of Trade and Industry - Cordillera Administrative Region (DTI-CAR), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php2, 200, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Equipment for the Shared Service Facility (SSF) on Digital Entertainment Exchange Facility with Solicitation Number 2024-ITB-03-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
