Description : 1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the GAA FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand and Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php3, 577, 990.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment for PMA Cadet Mess, the details of which are as follows:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The AFP now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment for PMA Cadet Mess. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed issued by the AFP. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
