The Department of Trade and Industry Region 2 (“DTI Region 2”), through the General Appropriations Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 960, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment for the Food Processing and Toll Packaging Shared Service Facility in Santiago City, Isabela as described, to wit:
