Supply and Delivery of Emergency Go Bag
1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the Hospital Operating Income-Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and 00/100 (PhP3, 999, 723.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Emergency Go Bag under ITB No. 2026-385. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Emergency Go Bag. Delivery of the Goods is required shall be sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
