1) The Philippine Coconut Authority, through the CFITF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php29, 260, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Emergency Go-Bag. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
