SINGLE LOT This consultation concerns the supply, transmission of electricity and associated services. Its purpose is to conclude, on behalf of the members, a framework agreement for: - The supply and delivery of electricity, for delivery points (PDL) the list of which is presented to the CCTP-C and in the annexes of subsequent contracts for the members of the group orders, the list of which is presented in the annex to the CCAP-C and in the annexes to the subsequent contracts; - There coverage of obligations associated with capacity guarantees for supply and delivery electricity; - Coverage of obligations associated with energy savings certificates for electricity; - Billing, including the transmission of invoices via CHORUS PRO; - management of relations with the Distribution Network Manager within the framework of a single contract, to the public distribution network, with the exception of a PDL currently identified in segment C1 in the perimeter; - The mission of balance manager in accordance with article L. 321-15 of the energy code for electricity; - Mandatory service provisions described in the specific common technical clauses (CCTP-C) and the clauses specific administrative procedures (CCAP-C).
