1) The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 23 series of 2025, dated 15 December 2025 (GF/Regular) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Three Pesos Only (₱2, 201, 463.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for NS-05-07-26-02: Supply and Delivery of Electrical Supplies for the Use of NSPH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
