1. The Municipality of Pototan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (Php627, 325.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB2025-Goods-056. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
