1) The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱4, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of an Electric Single-Decker Mini Bus for the "Libreng Sakay" Program for Priority Sectors of the Community/ PR07-0935. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of an Electric Single-Decker Mini Bus for the "Libreng Sakay" Program for Priority Sectors of the Community/ PR07-0935.
