1. The Local Government of Barangay San Vicente, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan thru GAD (GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT FUND), intends to apply the sum of One hundred Thousand Pesos (P100, 000.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery For the Educational materials to use for DAPMECS EAST, MAIN& WEST in Barangay San Vicente, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. Bids recieved in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Barangay San Vicente, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan now invites bids for the supply & delivery of Construction Materials. Bidders should have completed, within 120 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
