1) The Province of Guimaras through the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE-MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT (5-02-13-050) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT PESO ONLY (₱ 152, 828.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ECG CORD AND FLAT PANEL DETECTOR BATTERY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ECG CORD AND FLAT PANEL DETECTOR BATTERY using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required on within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP.
