1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Special Education Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P11, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ECCD LEARNING MATERIALS (BOOKS) TO BE USED AT CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS, with Project Identification Number-2026-08-1051.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
