P.R. No. 2024-09-391
1. The Province of Guimaras, through the Capital Outlay/PHRMDO Continuing CO (107-05-030) & SPP - HRMIS updating and maintenance (502-99-990) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand, Three Hundred Pesos Only (Php 476, 300.00) being the ABC to payments under the Supply and Delivery of Duplex Documents Scanner, Rack Mount Server (branded) and Point-to-Point Wireless Bridge Antenna . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
