Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for the use of KDAPS and NTP Section (2nd Quarter 2024)

1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Health Officer (100-02-01-011) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seventy Eight Pesos (Php819, 078.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for the use of KDAPS and NTP Section (2nd Quarter 2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within twenty (20) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
