1) The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao Quezon, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, General Fund, Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Pesos (1, 144, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines (Tuberculosis Control and Treatment Program)/ 2026 B-06.451. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
