SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MICRO NUTRIENT SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM (MHO)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2021 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P 186, 500.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR MICRO NUTRIENT SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM AND MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM (MHO), 2024-002-014-GDS-NPTFB. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
