1.The Local Government of Maitum, through the other TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of 290, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR ANIMAL BITE TREATMENT PACKAGE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
