Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of one million three hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 1, 350, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines to be used for the Municipal Health Office. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
