1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Four Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php49, 493, 500.00) from SAA and GAA 2026 as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
