IB NO. 2026-04-0171
1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php7, 369, 700.00) from FY2026 GAA as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is specified in the Section VI- Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
