1.The Municipality of Basilisa, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty - Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos Only (Php 625, 999.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, the project SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
