INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUG TESTING KITS, MEDICINES & VACCINES (MHO)

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY PESOS (P 283, 560.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRUG TESTING KITS, MEDICINES & VACCINES (MHO), 2024-027-GDS-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract like the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
