Fund intends to apply the sum of:

1. Megaphone, 2. Safety Helmet, 3. Safety Whistle 956, 250.00 DepEd-CAR RO CB 2024-03-007 - Lot 1

2. Foldable Rescue Stretcher 600, 000.00 DepEd-CAR RO CB 2024-03-007 - Lot 2

3. Portable Generator 810, 000.00 DepEd-CAR RO CB 2024-03-007 - Lot 3

being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DepEd - CAR RO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of

submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
