Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lianga, Surigao del Sur, through the 5% Calamity Fund of Municipal Disaster Office intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Pesos (467, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRRM EQUIPMENTS FOR TRAINING AND RESCUE OPERATIONS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lianga, Surigao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 21 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to bidders).
3. Bidding Will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail' criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
