Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Six Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Pesos
(Php605, 690.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and
Delivery of Drone Software Bundle (“Project”) through Section 34. Small Value Procurement
of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods shall be
delivered to PNOC EC Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City within Thirty (30)
calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Purchase Order (PO).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for complete details.
Bid proposals including the following documents may be delivered to the address below or
emailed at [email protected] / [email protected] on or before April 1, 2026, not
later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
