SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DREAM MACHINE PRO MAX WIRELESS CONTROLLER AND VARIOUS SUPPLIES
1. The Biodiversity Management Bureau, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) Funds for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (P2, 068, 700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Dream Machine Pro Max Wireless Controller and Various Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Biodiversity Management Bureau now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the New Government Procurement Act RA 12009
