Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Douglas Fir (Rough Green)
Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Rough Green BC Douglas Fir on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meet the required specifications detailed within the 'Item Description' of this tender document.
Delivery is requested on or before June 1, 2024.
The successful supplier is required to contact Jason Derrah (Bridge Superintendent) to arrange delivery.
DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
The supplier shall have supplied and delivered to the Department's location outlined in the tender on or before June 1, 2024.
The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' should NOT include taxes. A 'Total Including All Charges' should be detailed. Shipping charges MUST be included in pricing.
