1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, CHD - General Admin Capital Outlay (Cont. Appro 2024), intends to apply the sum of Eight Million and 0/100 Pesos Only (PhP8, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Digital Van x-Ray Machine; PR No. 25-2173 dated May 15, 2025; SN 99 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
