1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the CHD - General Admin Capital Outlay (Cont. Appro 2024) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million and 0/100 (PhP8, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Digital Van X-Ray Machine; PR No. 25-2173 dated 15 May 2025; SN 99a - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
