Supply and Delivery of Digital Multi-Tester and Laser Distance Meter ("Project")

NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2019 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php112, 500.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Digital Multi-Tester and Laser Distance Meter (-œProject-). The goods/services shall be delivered at PNOC EC located at Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order / Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for details.

Proposals including conformed Technical Specifications may be delivered to the address below or send via fax at (02) 840-1619 or email to mcbadian@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before July 23, 2019 not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.

Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.

-c Latest Income and Business Tax Returns

-c PhilGEPS Registration Number (Red membership)

-c Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form)
