INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL COLLATOR MACHINE
FOR DIVISION OF CITY SCHOOLS
1. The City of Caloocan, through the Special Education Fund of the 2021 Annual City School Board Budget approved under School Board Resolution s. 2020, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos (P2, 434, 439.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DIGITAL COLLATOR MACHINE FOR DIVISION OF CITY SCHOOLS.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids.
2. The City of Caloocan now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Digital Collator Machine for Division of City Schools. Delivery of goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project which is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
