Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Diesoline, Oil and Lubricants for the use of LGU Light and Heavy Equipment for the Improvement of Local Road from Brgy. Batu to Brgy. San Isidro, Siay, ZSP (20% EDF 2025).
2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and 05/100 centavos only (P 270, 684.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before October 30, 2025 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
