INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED BID FOR Supply and Delivery of DIESOLINE
1) The Local Government Unit of Maitum, through the MOOE intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 854, 927.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of DIESOLINE (101)-26-01-028 and etc dated January 15, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Maitum now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
