Project Identification Number-2026-05-1017
1. The City Government of Lipa, through the Annual Appropriation CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Pesos Only (P4, 284, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DESKTOP COMPUTER SET WITH PRINTER TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO VARIOUS BARANGAYS IN CITY OF LIPA, with Project Identification Number-2026-05-1017.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
