1. During the scheduled Libreng Pustiso Program, at least six (6) dentists and four (4) technicians must be present.
2. Must provide the following:
-All sizes of impression trays and stock trays
-Mixing bowl and spatula/wax carver
-Impression materials and modeling compound
-Bite wax and cast stone for pouring of cast
-pontics and acrylic for dentures (all cases)
-Gloves and face mask (all sizes)
Note:
Quantity of the items to be delivered may vary subject to the actual requirement and number of recipients which shall not exceed the total contract price.
