Supply and Delivery of Corporate Laptops
1) The Office of the Solicitor General, through the Agency Specific Budget of this Office for Capital Outlay (CO) under Republic Act (RA) No. 12314 or the General Appropriations Act of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱7, 650, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Corporate Laptops / OSG PR No. 026-04-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The OSG now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Corporate Laptops. Delivery shall be within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Delay in delivery shall be subject to a penalty equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the cost of the undelivered item/s for every day of delay. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
