Description : NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
Adopting Sec. 53.1 (Two Failed Biddings) of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184
Reference No.: DA8-Goods-2026-TFB-5 (ID No. BT-26-GOODS-CORN-1089-0004)
The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the CORN-2026 Current Fund -MOOE intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Forty-one Thousand Pesos Only (P5, 941, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Corn Seeds”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
