1. The BARANGAY SAN NICOLAS, through the Budget Year 2025 & 2026 intends to apply for the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR PESOS ( 312, 734.00) being the approved for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS AT SAN NICOLAS BAAO, CAMARINES SUR . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY SAN NICOLAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
