1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS (P 188, 532.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LICENSING OFFICE BAAO MUNICIPAL HALL, BAAO, CAMARINES SUR, 2025-145-GDS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
