1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invite PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE UPGRADING OF MUNICIPAL LOCAL ACCESS ROAD FROM DIANA TO STA. MARINA in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
