Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF DIRAYRAYAN BRIDGE
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET 2025 and as per Authority for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF DIRAYRAYAN BRIDGE intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR PESOS AND NINETY-THREE CENTAVOS (Php 904, 494.93). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR OF DIRAYRAYAN BRIDGE”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
