1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the Local Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 538, 633.90 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item.

Rehabilitation of RHU (Phase 1) 538, 633.90
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR REHABILITATION OF RHU (PHASE I) using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder [LCRB]. Delivery of the Goods is required a 20 Calendar Days delivery period from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years of relevant project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
