INVITATION NO: 31 - 26
1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the Local Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 1, 396, 852.40 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials (Rehab Of Municipal Hall-Executive Bldg.) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for ITB 31-26 using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder [LCRB]. Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 Calendar Days from the receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
