Notice is hereby given that the National Irrigation Administration, Cagayan-Batanes Irrigation Management Office, Solana, Cagayan is inviting bids from prospective bidders/suppliers for Construction Materials and Supplies for use at Magapit Pump Irrigation System, Camalaniugan, in the Province of Cagayan to wit;

Funding Source : PIDP-GESA
Approved Budget : P 2, 749, 003.50

Complete set of bid/tender documents maybe secured by pre-qualified suppliers upon payment of non-refundable amount of P5, 000.00 per set of eligibility forms and bid/tender documents.

RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation shall govern the proceedings of the bidding.

Dates of Issuance of eligibility forms & bid/tender documents, submission and opening of bids are as follows:

1. Issuance of Bid/Tender Documents July 21, 2015 - August 11, 2015

2. Pre-Bidding Conference June 28, 2015 10:00 AM

3. Submission of Eligibility Statement and
Bid/Tender Documents Deadline August 11, 2015 9:30 AM

4. Opening of Eligibility Statements and
Bid/Tender Documents August 11, 2015 10:00 AM

The submission and opening of bids shall be held at the Conference Room, NIA-CBIMO.

The National Irrigation Administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any required formality and award the contract to any bidder whose proposals as evaluated by the BAC is the most advantageous to the government. The Agency assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of their bids, or does it guarantee that an award will be made.
