1) The BARANGAY. WAKAS, CITY OF TAYABAS, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Seventy-Seven Pesos and Fifty-Two Centavos (426, 077.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Installation of Solar Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
